Pet Policy:

Pets welcome upon approval, breed restrictions apply. Limit 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee = $500 per pet. Monthly pet fee = $35 per pet. All pets must be licensed, spayed/neutered as required by local ordinances.

We love pets and can't wait to welcome yours at Cottages at Sand Creek in Colorado Springs, CO. We offer a pet wash station for your convenience.
